For journalists: what the story covers and how to request access.
The themes here are larger than one man: public health access, the rights of elderly and disabled patients, the right of petition, the experience of migrants and asylum seekers, and technology in healthcare.
Reporters who are approved receive the fifteen topics written as news features, with documents from which names have been removed, and a direct channel to the author.
Access requires a written agreement not to publish the author's full name, photograph, address or any other identifying detail without his express written consent. The agreement concerns his safety, not his opinions; journalists remain entirely free to disagree with him.
